An editorial studio for hospitality

For hotels with something to say.

A small studio for hotel founders and operators. Editorial strategy, press, and positioning — at every stage of a property's life, held with one name on every call.

How we work

Editorial, not decorative.
Not operational. Not noise.

A hotel doesn't need another agency. It needs an editor — someone who treats the property like a story still being written, and has the rolodex to make sure it gets read.

01

Taste

What lives on the menu, hangs on the wall, gets handed to guests on the way out. A thousand small choices made the same way, on purpose.

02

Access

Who says your name, how often, and where. The value is a decade-old address book of editors, writers, and bookers — and the judgment to know when to use it.

03

Story

Every hotel is a story someone has to tell. We find yours, sharpen it, and make sure it's the one people walk away with.

Why Ulyssa

— the man of many ways, of many turns —
Homer · Odyssey · I.1

The Greeks gave us Odysseus. The Romans renamed him Ulysses.

We went feminine. Because while Odysseus got the story, Penelope did the work — twenty years weaving and unweaving, holding the thread of a household together so there would be something to come home to.

Which is, more or less, the whole idea
What we do

Editorial work, shaped to the property.

Launching a hotel, re-positioning an existing one, or holding the voice steady across the seasons that come after. The work doesn't change. The timing does.

01

Positioning & narrative

What the hotel actually is, why it exists, and who it's for. The voice, the word, the story you'd tell at dinner — before any of it gets written into a press release.

02

Editorial & press

Placements in the outlets that move bookings and set expectations. The value is the rolodex and the timing — not the impressions.

03

Story discipline

Keeping the voice consistent across your site, social, concierge, menu, and the pieces people write about you. Editing long after the ribbon is cut.
